Policies
- Face painting is best suited for those over 3 years of age. This is non negotiable and is due to skin sensitivity and insurance purposes.
- If there are any skin sensitivity concerns, I suggest the child not be painted. If requested, I will do a patch test on the child’s hand to test the skin before painting the child’s face. In the very unlikely event of a skin reaction, Happy Ducky Face Painting or its employees are not liable for any skin or physical reactions that may happen after using any of our services. We use the highest quality make up available that is fully FDA and EU certified.
- All equipment is fully sanitized between events. Cleanliness comes first!
- All paints are FDA approved and come off easily with mild soap and warm water.
- In order to provide a safe face painting experience for my customers, I will not paint a face that has a rash, open cut, or cold sore, is dirty or if the child appears sick in any way. This is determined at the artists discretion and is non negotiable.
- If your party is located 20+ km from Beamsville, a separate travel charge may apply. This will always be addressed during booking.
- Each face design takes about 3-10 minutes. While I strive to give each child special attention, if there are any requests for something extra special please notify me before the event. I want to keep everyone smiling, and I do this by providing equal time and energy for each child while keeping within the set amount of time in the booking agreement.
- In case of illness or circumstances beyond Happy Ducky's control, all efforts will be made to provide a replacement artist or service if possible. If a cancellation of services is required, a full refund will be issued.
- A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required for holding your chosen event time. In case of rescheduling, booking fee will be applied to the new event date.
